The Stillwater Gang is an infamous band of criminals in the Weird West. Gang members wear sacks over their heads and mark their territory with the gang's symbol which looks like the head of a pitchfork.
Details[]
Led by Pop Stillwater, the Stillwater gang was known for smuggling ammunition and liquor. They terrorized the citizens of the Gravedust Wastes, particularly Grackle. For years, no one dared to stand up to them.
At one point, Shelby Cross and his group of Sirens took over the leadership of the gang. Pop Stillwater didn't dare stand up to the sirens, and even referred to them as the "new bosses". Pop was eventually killed and buried under a pile of rubble in Copper Mountain Quarry. Cross started to order the outlaws to kidnap townspeople in order to use them as food for himself and his sirens. Their bloody symbols are seen anywhere they went through.

Stillwater gang raids Grackle and its surrounding farms, killing and kidnapping many people. Shelby Cross personally leads a group, attacking Bell Stead, the home of the famous bounty hunter Jane Bell. They kill her son, Huck, and capture her husband, Alonso. Forced out of retirement, Jane pursuits the Stillwaters in order to rescue Alonso.
During her journey she might face many members of the gang and can choose to dismantle their bases of operation in Greenwood Run, Quickbend, Big Gulch Mine, and Copper Mountain Quary. At the end of her quest, if Jane kills Shelby Cross, the reign of terror of the Stillwaters ends. Members of the gang no longer appear in Random Encounters and Bounty boards. If, however, Cross survives, they continue to kidnap people and start supplying captives to Ruth Bough.
