Knuckle Sandwich is an Achievement in Weird West.
How to Acquire[]
This achievement can be acquired as soon as the Werewolf Journey. The Protagonist can meet Heathen in a Random Encounter where she asks to play a slap game. In order to win the game and get this achievement, the protagonist must wear the Amulet of the Open Palm, which can be found in Somnolence. Given that all Oneirists are hostile toward Dezi, it's easier to get inside Somnolence during previous journeys and grab the amulet from the Authority's chamber, then stash it in the saddlebag. Since Dezi has a horse since the beginning of his journey, he can immediately get the amulet.
Once the random encounter triggers, have Dezi equip the amulet and a new option appears during the game which would let him always win the game. Note that this encounter can trigger again if the protagonist failed to win the game, but it only does so 4-5 times. Beyond that, the achievement is locked.
