Galen Weeks is the mayor of Offerton Valley, and the head of Weeks' Royal Tobacco. He resides in Galen's Crossing, an opulent estate, which also doubles as a tobacco plantation.

- During the Protector Journey, if Weeks isn't killed in Galen's Crossing, there is a chance he appears in Olvidado Pueblo among of the waves of Ravenous that attack Across Rivers' posse.
- If Galen was killed prior to the Protector Journey encounter at Galen's Crossing, his son Percy Weeks will be in his place.
